Following the design sprint methodology,  a team can get great results for answering questions quickly through design, prototyping and testing.

If you are running a series of design sprints, it can become quite confusing as to when you are doing what, key milestones and who is participating when.

So, to keep my team (and me!) organised, I’ve made my own calendar using post-its and sharpies where I can track what is happening on each day and who needs to be involved.
